May Conference Call

AgBioData Consortium will have a group discussion about pan-genomes. Specifically, the use, visualization, and analysis of pan-genomes more than how they are constructed. We will dicuss these topics:
(1) Define what is meant by a "pan-genome"
(2) How can a pan-genome be useful, who is it useful for?
(3) Examples of pan-genomes, tools and analyses. 

AgBioData conference call will be held online using ZOOM on May 6th at 10 AM PDT, 11 AM MDT, 12 PM CDT, 1 PM EDT, 5 PM GMT. (Time at your location)
