November AgBioData Conference Call

Margaret Woodhouse from MaizeGDB.org will be leading the discussion about pan-genomes. 

We will discuss the history of the pan-genome, pan-genome categories, and the challenges of using a pan-genome to represent the diversity of a taxonomic clade in complex eukaryotes.
